2014 has been a big year so far. The hours and the miles really add up.
Bike: 9 miles (One sad little mountain bike ride. **SIGH** We don't like January!)
Trainer: A painful 7 hours and 15 minutes
Run: 96 miles (Yowza!)
Swim: 7.3 miles
Yoga: 2 hours
Stouts: Lost count after January 16th.
And to think it's only just beginning.
